The Research Executive Agency (REA), the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD) and the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI) of the European Commission are co-organising an Info Week on Horizon 2020 Societal Challenge 2 (SC2) ‘Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy’, which will take place in Brussels on 14-17 November 2017.
Our colleague Jim Codd (CIRCA) from the LANDMARK Secretariat and Jan Staes (UA) our WP4 Functional Land Management leader participated at the Infoweek and specifically at:
- Societal Challenge 2 Info Day on the new Horizon 2020 Work Programme for 2018-2020
- Bioeconomy policy day and the Bioeconomy Manifesto
- Interactive Workshop “The Bioeconomy Manifesto as a Collaborative Tool for Facilitating Innovation and Growth for a Stronger European Bioeconomy” -satellite Event organised by the European Commission and the European Bioeconomy Stakeholders Panel.
