The European Commission co-organized with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) a two-day event for Societal Challenge 2 on Food Agriculture and Biotechnology flagship initiative (FAB) in China.

On 28/11/2017, FAB info Days in Shenzhen  hold with presentations on policy context, implementation and Societal Challenge 2 Work Programme for years 2018-19. In addition, the afternoon session was reserved for sharing of experience from the ongoing FAB-flagged projects, with presentations by coordinators of some key projects.

On 29/11/2017, FAB Task Force, meeting with EU and CN authorities where issues on implementation and any achieved results have been discussed.

From the LANDMARK consortium Lilian O’Sullivan (TEAGASC/WUR) attended the meeting and gave a presentation on LANDMARK activities.
