After having studied biology (Bachelor degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Master degree in Biology: Biodiversity, Conservation and Restoration at the University of Antwerp), Apostolos Georgoulas started the PhD studies in March 2018 at the Ecosystem Management Research Group of the Department of Biology at the University of Antwerp. He is profoundly interested in biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture, and through the PhD studies aims to enrich his knowledge on soil biodiversity and functioning.
